Ukraine’s war with Russia does not stop for a second, so Russian special services, such as the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, do not stop trying to discredit the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Journalists from The Sunday Times and Politico recently revealed that Russian intelligence had recruited an Irish MP to work as a mole and emissary – and Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris says he’s not surprised at all, so we understand that Russian special intelligence services are constantly use foreign leaders of public opinion, such as politicians or journalists, in their operations.
During the monitoring of social networks, the Aktualna Pravda editorial office discovered and analyzed a publication made by the British fake journalist Jay Beecher about Mamuka Mamulashvili – the founder and commander of the special unit “Georgian National Legion”, which is part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Our journalists checked the information in this publication and found that the fake journalist Jay Beecher made a false publication with the help of a fraudulent organization, popularly known as the “scam office” – they extort money from people and launder dirty finances obtained from corruption and drug trafficking.
Also, the Aktualna Pravda editorial office received information from its sources in the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine that Mamuka Mamulashvili, the commander of the Georgian Legion, was indeed poisoned, and a criminal investigation No. 12024100080001953 under Part 2 of Art. 15 and Part 1 of Art. 115 The investigation is conducted by the Sviatoshyn Department of the Kyiv City Police.

Aktualna Pravda journalists turned to the toxicology center and checked the information about the results of tests that confirm that Mamuka Mamulashvili was indeed poisoned. This information is in the materials of the criminal case, but we do not have the right to publish the conclusions of toxicology, because it is a secret of the investigation.
Next, the editorial board of Aktualna Pravda checked the Georgian National Legion at the State Tax Service of Ukraine regarding the existence of debts, they replied that they have no debts. All reports from the donation systems of the Georgian Legion are combined into a single accounting report, which are open for inspection by competent state authorities, so as not to succumb to the previously written provocations made by Jay Beecher and his team, who work for the Russian special services.Failure to submit reports on fundraising on time is not a violation, but incompetence or negligent behavior of the persons who handled the legion page. The Georgian Legion did not immediately comment on the reports, because it was clear that it was a provocation by Russian special intelligence services.

Moreover, the National Bank of Ukraine does not allow working through various global payment systems during martial law. Therefore, all military formations, such as the Georgian National Legion (not intermediaries – funds that must make reports), which are in the “EndUser” database (end users of ammunition), conduct collections for individuals. This is not a reason to complain, but the Russian special intelligence services are thus trying to undermine the confidence of Western donors in the Ukrainian military.

So, we established that the mediators and organizers of the company for discrediting the Georgian Legion are the criminal group of “scam office” located in the “Gulliver” business center. They found Jay Beecher, who used to work for the Kyiv Post newspaper, and commissioned him to publish against Mamuka Mamulashvili and the Georgian Legion on a website with a British domain.

By the way, the Kyiv Post sent a reply that Jay Beecher was not their full-time journalist, they cooperated only for a few months in 2022, and when they found out that he was taking money for his publications (involved in corruption), they fired him.

The use of criminal elements as organizers of companies to discredit defenders of Ukraine is the signature of Russian special intelligence services, and Ukrainian “scam offices” do not hesitate to make money in any way and they have no restrictions on who to take money from.
While we were conducting our investigation, the Georgia Legion made a public statement regarding Jay Beecher’s false publications:
“Our lawyers (of the Georgian Legion – ed.) have made an official legal request to Jay Beecher. You can see his response in the screenshot. We would like to note that Beecher and Beecher’s friends will be held responsible for those involved in discrediting the Defense Forces of Ukraine and the name of the Georgian Legion and of the commander Mamuka (Ushangi) Actions of any person, which is aimed at undermining society, national security, power structure, including through slander and informational attacks, can be qualified as a criminal offense provided for in Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine entails responsibility in the form of imprisonment from 12 to 15 years with confiscation of property.”

In the Aktualna Pravda editorial office, questions arose, why is it necessary to lie about the poisoning of Mamuka Mamulashvili? And how is this criminal group led by Beecher involved in the poisoning of Mamulashvili by order of the Russian special intelligence services?
Jay Beecher has a history of sexually harassing women online and is best known for supporting Brexit, Nazis, Nigel Farage and Ghislaine Maxwell, a notorious pedophile serving a prison sentence in the US.
Jay Beecher played an important role in UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party), especially in the mid-2010s. His most significant role was managing Lisa Duffy’s campaign for the party leadership in 2016. Beecher was also deputy chairman of UKIP in the city of Peterborough, a key figure in UKIP’s local activities and an active member of the party’s anti-establishment wing. His tenure with UKIP was marked by his strong support for Brexit and his involvement in local and national campaigns for the party.
UKIP’s position on Ukraine has historically reflected their wider approach to foreign policy, which is based on non-interference and denial of UK involvement in international conflicts they consider unnecessary. The party has consistently advocated prioritizing British national interests and avoiding foreign entanglements, particularly in conflicts involving non-NATO countries such as Ukraine. UKIP has also criticized NATO’s eastward expansion and the influence of the European Union in Eastern Europe, arguing that these actions provoked Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
Leaders such as Nigel Farage have said that NATO’s push into Russia’s sphere of influence, along with EU support for the 2014 Maidan in Ukraine, played a significant role in escalating tensions with Russia. The party has opposed the introduction of sanctions against Russia, arguing that such measures are counterproductive and potentially harmful to the economies of Great Britain and Europe. This stance has led to accusations that UKIP is too soft on Russia.
However, UKIP explains its position as a pragmatic approach to avoid further conflicts and protect British economic interests. Although UKIP does not officially support Russia’s actions in Ukraine, their reluctance to act militarily or economically against Russia, along with criticism of NATO and the EU, has led to the party being perceived as more sympathetic to the Russian position.
Jay Beecher has been involved in several high-profile libel cases. One of the most high-profile was a defamation case brought against him by Peter Jukes, co-founder of Byline Times. The case arose out of false allegations Beecher made on the website Politicalite, where he accused Jukes of sexually abusing children. Jukes filed a lawsuit handled by defamation specialists Bindmans LLP.
The trial highlighted the serious damage caused by such allegations, particularly in the context of right-wing disinformation campaigns aimed at discrediting political opponents. In addition, Beecher’s role as a former UKIP campaign manager and his association with controversial platforms such as Politicalite made him a target of attention in other legal and public controversies. These cases reflect Beecher’s involvement in contentious media and political environments, often resulting in legal challenges related to defamation and misinformation.
Recently, Jay Beecher personally registered and created the UkraineToday website on the ukrainetoday_co_uk domain. This resource has no official media status either in Ukraine or in Great Britain, which once again proves Jay Beecher’s pseudo-journalistic nature. Now we will introduce the reader to the people who are related to Jay Beecher and his insidious nonsense, they are working together to prepare compromising documents and work off the Kremlin’s money.

He also writes that the Georgian Legion did not participate in more than one combat operation. This is a complete lie, because there are dead and wounded in the Georgian Legion, how much money do you need to get from the Russian Federation in order to defame the people’s honor like that?

This is a false post by Foy Rees, a radio maintenance specialist of the 2nd International Legion, who only poses for photos, but does not take part in combat.

At the same time, Foy Rees already has a certificate of a participant in hostilities from Ukraine, which allows him to have fun in elite restaurants of Kyiv.

Foy Rees was discharged from the US Army on charges of disinformation, but he fled to Ukraine and joined the ranks of the 2nd International Legion. In Ukraine, Foy Rees continued his disinformation activities, as we can see from his posts discrediting the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Probably Foy Rees wants to get another criminal case, but now in Ukraine.

Another person helping Jay Beecher is Emese Fajk, Foy Rees’ colleague at the International Legion. Here are her lying posts:

In 2023, the British publication Daily Mail exposed Emese Fajk in fraud, she stole money for medicine for the Ukrainian military.

A question arises for the Ukrainian Military Law and Order Service (Military Service of Law and Order of Ukraine), why these two persons are still in Ukraine, wear Ukrainian military uniforms and have the opportunity to discredit military formations. The editors of Aktualna Pravda called and asked for information to the commander of the 2nd International Legion, Ruslan Myroshnychenko, but he refused to answer and wrote to ask us to send the request to the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Another member of Jay Beecher’s team, who looks like a scumbag, under the nickname wonderfella and the login @acanvasstares is provoking, claiming that the Georgian Legion wants to post a photo of her without clothes. This is another fact that the Russian special services need to smear the Georgian Legion in some way and they are trying to do something in order to get an award from the dictator Putin.

Further, our journalistic investigation led to the French citizen Arthur de Sarrieu (Not Watermelon), who started a black PR campaign against the Georgian Legion.

Rachel Jamison, a woman with the username @RachelPAV, writes about herself. who has 10 years of experience teaching argumentation and written defense of rights during the dictatorship, she also spreads lies at the behest of Jay Beecher, but recently came to her senses and started writing to her criminal allies not to follow Beecher’s provocations about the Georgian Legion.

A man with the nickname Lviv Nightingale also discredits the Georgian Legion for money.

A person with the nickname Myroslav and the login @myrodovh also writes lies about the Georgian Legion.

UkraineDAO and Donald Bowser are the main group of people discrediting the Georgian Legion, the Normandy Brigade and other volunteer military units and many Western volunteer aid groups that have been supporting Ukraine since the summer of 2022.
The UkraineDAO group includes Alyona Shevchenko, Vitalek Buterin, Nadia Tolokonnikova, and Matthew Bundy. This group was exposed in the theft of $717,000 in donations that were made under the impression that they would be sent to Ukrainian humanitarian organizations. They have launched several other cryptocurrency scams such as IranDAO and GazaDAO. In August 2024, UkraineDAO was exposed in a statement that they had donated over $100,000 to BON for bulletproof vests and helmets, but BON had not received the funds.
Donald Bowser is a self-proclaimed “expert on corruption” who claims to work for the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. He also runs a non-profit organization that raises funds for Ukraine called UA Recovery. But in the state register of Ukraine, there is no information regarding the registration of this organization.

Both UkraineDAO and Donald Bowser have a group of more than 12 people working to smear and discredit the units of the Armed Forces.
The main agitators of the UkraineDAO group are:
Elijah Michael Erwin – @lvivnightingale and @lvivnightingal3 – Ohio, USA Arthur de Sarrieu – @potuzhnishyy – Boyer, France Alyona Shevchenko – @cryptodrftng – London, UK Seth Greenspan – @J.S.L.INT – New York, USA Ashley Schwartz – @amerikanska5050 – California, USA.
The main agitators of the Donald Bowser Group are:
Donald Bowser – @don_bowser – Peticodiac, Canada Joseph Dubyk – @apexmetal – Doylestown, PA Foy Rees – @FoyRees (member of the International Legion) – Dnipro Emese Fike – @mockingjayUKR and @mockingsnailukr (identifies as a member of the International Legion) – Kyiv, Rachel Jamison – @rachelPAV – Warsaw, Poland or Kyiv, Mark Andrew Hamlin – @thewarsanta – Plano, Texas, Andrew Mercado – @Guru_Merc.
Donald Bowser and Joseph Dubick are spreading rumors about corruption and promoting Ukraine’s loss in the war with Russia. They constantly call for negotiations with Russia. It was established that both worked for the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation as agents of chaos.
Andrew Mercado is a self-proclaimed “former right-wing” reporter. He has an account on X as well as a YouTube page. He was very active in the disinformation operation after the Jay Beecher expose. He is also a friend of Mark Hamlin, a member of Donald Bowser’s band.
Geolocation operations:
In August 2022 and August 2023, Donald Bowser and Mark Hamlin worked together to geolocate members of the Georgia Legion.
In October 2022, Elijah Michael Erwin attempted to deliver two Starlink units with built-in GPS tracking devices to the Georgia Legion.
In March 2023, Seth Greenspan attempted to deliver a camera with a built-in tracking unit to the Georgian Legion.
Unfortunately, among Ukrainians there were also those who received money from the Kremlin for fakes about the commander of the Georgian Legion. Of course, law enforcement agencies should take into account and start an investigation regarding Viktor Hnativ and Rynat Botchenko (both from Western Ukraine).

The Aktualna Pravda editorial office concluded that the above-mentioned persons are related to the special services of the Russian Federation, because parliamentary elections will be held in Georgia on October 26, 2024. And since the pro-Russian Mriya party, whose beneficiary is Gazprom shareholder Bedzina Ivanishvili, is now competing for a place under the sun, pro-Russian television in Georgia immediately began to spread all these lies about the Georgian Legion.

And later, those who ordered the discrediting of the Georgian Legion revealed their faces in the form of the Russian state propaganda channel Rush Today and Moscow Komsomolets, which the special services of the Russian Federation use for information operations against Ukraine and the countries of free democracies.

While we were preparing the publication of this investigation, a new batch of discrediting of the Georgian Legion came out. Posted by Mark Andrew Hamlin aka @thewarsanta from Plano, Texas.

Mark Andrew Hamlin arrived at the military base near the Georgian Legion. He was there under the legend that he was a volunteer. An online conference was organized there, during which Mamuka Mamulashvili held negotiations with US senators and requested that Ukraine be provided with weapons.
Mark Andrew Hamlin illegally recorded this conversation and posted it on the Internet. The fact that Mark Andrew Hamlin published, published materials about the concentration, proves that he is engaged in espionage for the benefit of the Russian Federation.

Hamlin was brought to the base by former American soldier Paul Gray, who had previously served in the Legion but was kicked out for calling for Nazism. From his photo on social networks, we can see that he loves Russia.

Mark Andrew Hamlin, aka War Santa, has an arrest warrant for possession of child pornography.

Russian propagandist Jay Beecher, instead of his comment, sent threats to the Aktualna Pravda editorial office, stating that he would file a lawsuit for a large amount. We are already waiting for this lawsuit. to establish the customer of the company for discrediting the Georgian Legion as part of the legal process!

It is important to understand that the Georgian National Legion has been officially part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 8 years. From 2014 to 2016, the Georgian National Legion was the first and only volunteer foreign military formation.
How did we discover that Jay Beecher was paid to publish by an organized crime group?
The editors of Aktualna Pravda made an information request to Jay Beecher at his e-mail: jaybeecher@live.co.uk with a request for a video commentary on his publication. An hour later, the editorial number of Actual Pravda received a call from the number: +38 097 72 50 002. A male person in English introduced himself as Kyle Lenhdon and asked for what purpose we wrote to Jay Beecher and advised to contact the PR company arim_pr.

Our technical specialists of the Aktualna Pravda editorial office checked the phone number +38 097 72 50 002, and established that it is also recorded with the following nicknames: Oleh Sapega, Oleh Oberlin. Further, we made a request to Oleg Sapega in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of Ukraine and discovered that Oleg Yaroslavovych Sapega is a co-owner of the advertising agency LLC “RRR MOMMI Limited” (EDRPOU: 45041309), which is located in the city of Dnipro at Teatralna Street, 2, office 106 . Sapega indicated his place of registration: the city of Dnipro, 3 Starobielska Street, and his business partner Darya Vadimivna, who is registered in the city of Dnipro, 21 6th Rifle Division Street.
Also, journalists of the Aktualna Pravda editorial office discovered on the website of the Dnipro Transport and Economic College that Oleg Sapega was born on March 15, 2004, and in 2024 was enrolled in the Hotel and Restaurant Business specialty. We wondered how a 20-year-old boy, who could not even enter university, already has his own company? Therefore, we decided to check Sapega’s business woman, namely Daria Sorokova, and found that she has a registered company LLC “Tsshi Corporation JSC” (EDRPOU 45193757), which was registered on December 24, 2023, and what was interesting was that the statue fund in this company has the size: 1 billion 532 020 300 million hryvnias. Such an abnormally large trust fund, which even Ukrainian oligarchs do not contribute, indicates that this firm is used to launder dirty finances, which are contributed in the form of a statutory fund, and then donated or sold abroad, thus making this money clean from part of international legislation.
Usually, such schemes are used by office workers and conversion centers. An additional fact that this firm is used for criminal activities is evidenced by the registration address: Kyiv city, Khreshchatyk street, building 103, such an address does not exist in Kyiv and such data could be entered into the state register only for a bribe. This was done specifically so that investigators and prosecutors would have nowhere to go with searches. When Sorokova registered this company, she indicated that it was registered in the city of Dnipro, str. Pisemskogo, 21, that is, she either constantly changes her place of residence, or these are false data entered for a bribe. In this firm, Sorokova has a partner: Daria Olehivna Petukhova, who is registered in Nikopol, at Mykytinsky Uzviz, 6. Daria Petukhova owns the firm “Rockstar Production” LLC (YEDRPOU 45607405), registration date May 30, 2024, with enough with a large authorized capital of 2,500,000 hryvnias, of course it is not a billion, but it is not small either.
This company is also engaged in advertising activities, just like Sapega’s company. And the co-owners are quite interesting: Koval Artem Viktorovych, born on November 26, 1984, passport issued by the Darnytskyi RU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv on February 9, 2001, since February 2018 he is wanted under Art. 255, Part 1 of Art. 209, Part 3 of Art. 191, Part 5 of Art. 212, part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the responsible Pechersk police department of the city of Kyiv, category: a person hiding from the prosecutor’s office. Precautionary measure: a court order authorizing detention for the purpose of a pretext. Place of disappearance: Kyiv. Place of registration, Kyiv, 16/1 Kaunaska str., apartment 4 (he owns this apartment).

That is, a person who is officially wanted by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine for creating and leading a criminal organization, laundering property obtained through crime, misappropriation of property through abuse of official position, and tax evasion, has not been found for 6 years? Does anyone believe that? It can be concluded that Koval is on the hook of the prosecutor’s office and continues to use his criminal talents.
Koval has an ex-wife Koval Iryna Yuriyivna (passport issued by the Dniprovskyi RU GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv, October 28, 2010) from whom, according to the Resolution of the Dniprovskyi District Court of the City of Kyiv No. 755/5947/19, he was divorced on August 30, 2019 (marriage registered 17 September 2010). On May 25, 2022, the Dnipro District Court of Kyiv issued Decision No. 755/13446/21 on the deprivation of Koval’s parental rights regarding two of his children: Koval Georgiy Arturovych and Koval Alisa Arturivna.
There is another interesting co-owner in the company “Rockstar Production” LLC: Koptev Mykyta Vasyliovych, right now, the Bogunsky District Court of Zhytomyr is trying him in case No. 12024065400000831 dated July 13, 2024, for the illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation and sale of narcotics means It is interesting that Koptev indicated his place of registration in the “Gulliver” business center, at the address: Kyiv, sportivna square, 1A, room 1. These are fictitious data, because in Ukraine it is not possible to have a registration in office centers, if such data were entered in state register, also indicates the bribery of the registrar.
Over the past six months, this group of individuals has registered several dozen companies with abnormally large statutory funds, which may indicate an ongoing special operation for laundering dirty money. At the request of the competent authorities, the AP editors are ready to provide all the information.
The editors of “Actualna Pravda” appeal to the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, Great Britain, the USA and France, with the demand to start a criminal investigation into the information in this publication and to find out the channels through which pseudo-journalist Jay Beecher and his associates received funds for discrediting Mamuka Mamulashvili and Gruzynsky Legion
